Is there even a single MLM company that focuses more on sales than recruiting?
I just want to hear about one MLM company, just one, where the emphasis is on sales, not on recruiting.
Let me clarify, I am in no way interested in joining any MLM, so don’t bother. I am merely interested in hearing if any MLM’s exist that actually are about sales, and not a pyramid scheme. And please, don’t tell me focusing predominantly on recruiting to make money is not pyramiding.
Mexico4me, i think you need learn what leverage actually is rather than just accepting a term from your MLM buddies.
In your silly example you merely transfered the hours worked to your downline without changing the total hours worked. Suddenly we are to believe that you are still making the same amount of money working no hours yet your downline makes money as well? So because you merely spread the hours worked out among more people the company is paying out more money? Right. Do the math.
This is my EXACT point. MLM is set up with the mentality that its better to make money by recruiting people than it is to work hard.
You are delusional if you suggest that is about sales first. You have said in prior answers that no one sells enough personal volume to make a living without a downline and that is precisely why MLM is flawed. Its about making money recruiting (a pyramid) not about sales. The fact that some product is sold doesn’t negate that fact.
Sunny, saying MLM is part franchising is merely MLM tag lines, aka propaganda to justify to the naive.
Think about what you are suggesting. Most people are not sales driven, yet you are telling them its the same as a franchise.
Can you actually imagine a franchise operation that didn’t first sell product? Gee, your new franchise is not moving any product, here is the answer, just open up more franchises! Brilliant.
Only in MLM are foolish principals like this accepted as intelligent.
Any company that focuses more on sales than recruiting by definition is not multi level marketing. This is why you never see MLM companies whose main focus is not on recruiting (regardless of what people in MLM will tell you).
Its amusing to hear some of the answers.
"The power of duplication"??? – what exactly are they duplicating. People in MLM are their biggest customers! So, they are duplicating selling nothing and signing up everyone they can think of to sell nothing (other than to themselves) as well. Its funny when you think about how the MLM corporation is set up, they merely make money by having people sign up for a dream who buy all this product of their own. THEY MAKE NEARLY ALL THEIR MONEY OFF THE REPS BUYING THEIR OWN PRODUCTS! The fact that the corporations are doing well is merely a testament to the fact that they were very good at convincing their reps to buy a lot of product.
"My company focuses on 5 areas". Right, but they tell you the only way to make real money is to recruit. Why do you think no one chooses to make big money selling instead choosing to recruit? Because the MLM dream is based on making money by recruiting, not selling product. Sure, you need to meet your minimums, but most do this buying their own product.
What value do store owners give to their employees? Are you KIDDING me??? Its called a paycheck! If its a commissions job, then they earn commission on their sales. Meanwhile, most people in MLM lose money because they don’t focus on personal sales.
If MLM was about sales, 90% of the people who enter MLM would never join. MLM organizations are not made up predominantly of sales people.
How can i come up with some fresh ideas to promote a MLM business?
I am looking for a MLM business to join first of all. I don’t even have a company to promote as of right now. Secondly i am not looking to join a MLM business using the normal advertising methods. i need someone who has new ways of promoting a mlm business that sound like it might actually work. If anyone out there has some ideas let me know please.
Some of the ways you can advertise your business are:
1. Post an article about your business on related blogs and get free visitors and back links
2. Submitting to directories
3. Free classifieds
4. Forums
Send an email with more information about your business to e@culx.net for free help on finding new customers and increasing sales.

PS… And how would a person promote something like this.
Thank you

Get good training. I wouldn’t recommend the adult industry as it will severely cut your market and restrict the the ways you can advertise. Many sites will not allow you to even.
Get good training and learn HOW to market your business. Cause I can tell you right now they will just teach you to call your friends and neighbors. Then it will be the 100 names jogger list. Then if your still in the biz you will start cold calling and doing the 3 foot rule.
Learn to properly market your business and yes you can still make money with AllxClub. Getting educated will help you evaluate what is the better opportunity for you and HOW to market it.
What can you tell me about your experience with a MLM company called Financial Freedom Society Inc?
As a home business it sounds like you just set up a web site to attract prospects and then somebody else takes over. Is it possible to be involved beyond the recruiting stage?
no i dont know mlm company
Is there anybody out there that makes $1000 per month or more in MLM(after purchasing training products)?
I am interested to know. I have friends that have tried MLM, but most of them quit. I have a few that are still in it, but they never boast about making tons of money. I would just like to hear from some people who actually have and what they feel that they did differently.
Yes there are many people out here making more than £700 per month from network marketing.
If you are anywhere in the UK and would like to meet some of these people email me at asikhatali@telecomplus.org.UK.
If you are in the uk and would like to make this sort of money email me and I will hook you up.
I recon anyone can do it, so long as you are disciplined and DO commit to 2 hours per week. It is not get rich quick, it takes about 12 months to earn £500 per month.
Talk is cheap, email me and I will arrange for you to meet someone in a UK city near you.
How can you be objective with real benefits of health products promoted via multi-level marketing?
There are so many mlm products these days from all over the world. All claim some unique quality. Is there a chance of objective comparison without "becoming a member" at all?
I recommend you do a little research with the MLM Search Engine. Being community driven it’s a cross between a search engine and a Wikipedia. You can add, delete and improve the results for much more focused answers than a general search engine can provide. http://www.search-mlm.com
Who is likely to have more financial success, a monkey selling pencils or anyone doing MLM?
Mexico4me – good to see you are back. Weren’t you going to message me? Don’t you recall, you need to bring your sense of humor when answering my questions.
Not a great analogy yet, a great point.
I don’t think their is a monkey in history who has achieved any financial success that he/she could call their own.
Take a monkey and train them to sell a pencil, you will make great money for sure.
Take a salesman and teach him marketing tactics that attract the naive, he will do well too.
Far too many people do not do well with MLM because of business ethics. The people who do well (very few statistically) understand that few will ever make a profit. The recruiting practices of the participants often cross the legal lines. The companies building business under the mlm business model also understand marketing to attract the naive. Just as well as the companies marketing quick weight loss or other fads. You can find this type of practice in your own industry which I assume is real estate.
With all that aside. My point would be, it takes a certain few to make this business model work. Not the mass that the companies target.
The Vandruff’s have written a great article on why the business model does not work. http://www.vandruff.com/mlm.html
