If you are going to be successful in MLM there are several things you are going to have to understand and one of them is how to successfully pull in prospects. This holds true for any type of business, especially online. Being without prospects is just like a regular grocery store without customers. You will go nowhere fast. But with just a little bit of planning you can become efficient at MLM prospecting and increase your business. Here are a few things you could do that will help.
Tip #1 – Know Your Business
You should possess a thorough knowledge of what it is you are doing. This may sound basic but if you are new to MLM prospecting and marketing it is essential. If you yourself are not aware of the ups and downs of what you have to offer how can easily you explain it to another person?
Tip #2 – Develop a Squeeze Page
One method to pull in prospects is to develop a squeeze page built to get people to opt-in to your sign up list. An excellent squeeze page will have a compelling message that will make them want the information you are going to provide them with. Once they have signed up and you start sending good solid information then you can easily make a pitch.
Tip #3 – Talk, Talk, Talk
You need to talk to people every single day. Only a small percentage of the people you speak with are going to opt-in or buy. So in order to sign up one person every day you need to speak with ten or twenty about your company. MLM prospects mean people – you’ve to talk to as many as possible each day.
Tip #4 – Autoresponders Help
Utilize autoresponders such as Aweber on your sites allowing people to opt-in to newsletters easily. You can then create emails which are sent out automatically. Tools like this are a good help for building MLM prospects.
Tip #5 – Blog
A blog is a good method to get potential prospects. Share your wisdom every day and don’t just market. Obviously, have a sign box on there.
Tip # 6 – Write Some Articles
Learn how to write articles and submit them to article directory sites. If you can’t do it yourself pay someone to write them for you.
Tip # 7 – Have Your Friends Help
Encourage friends to be on the lookout for possible MLM prospects for you. Give them an incentive for every one that signs up they recommend.
Tip # 8 – Be Part of a Good Company
Make sure what you’re involved in is something solid. Make sure the company you’re dealing with, or item you’re marketing, has a good reputation. If you have any doubts then don’t get involved. You’re not going to develop MLM prospects if you are involved in something undesirable.
Tip # 9 – Use Social Media
Take part in Facebook, Twitter along with other Social Media avenues. Be sure to really be part of the community and don’t just promote yourself.
Tip # 10 – Work Hard
The best thing you can do to help build solid MLM prospects is to be ready to work hard yourself. If you are not willing to put in the time and effort than your business isn’t going anywhere not matter what else you do.

Has there ever been one in MLM who made enough selling before ever recruiting?
Filed under mlm recruitingDec 26I want to hear from any person in MLM / Network Marketing that has ever sold enough of their product or service to make a decent full time living (say at least $50k/year in earnings) before ever recruiting someone into their down-line.
The obvious nature of the question is to help refute that MLMers only really make money by recruiting. Say it ain’t so. Also, what product or service did you sell?
Aircoole – see Avon.
Jay S – you hit the nail on the head.Comments Off
