How Voice Broadcasting Can Help You
Filed under marketingAug 25One of the most successful strategies today for retaining and building your customer relationships is something called Voice Broadcasting. Voice Broadcasting incorporates all the things your clients like about personal, one-on-one, relationship-building marketing without all the things you hate. In case youre not aware of its capabilities, let me explain the technology.
First, we start with a database of phone numbers for people with whom you already have some sort of relationship. You create a short, but motivating message that you want to leave them. Something like: “Hi, this is Bob Jones, from Re/Max Alliance. I’m calling because I’d like to tell you about a special Foreclosure Property Listing program we’ve instituted for our top clients. We’d like to offer you a 15% discount on admission to this program. All you have to do to qualify for this price break is call our 24 hour, toll-free recorded message line at 855-666-5555. If you listen to this message, within 48 hours you’ll get the secret password that will give you access to this discount. You can also find this secret password on our web site; www.bobjones.com. Thanks for being such a great client.
Your message is recorded using a regular phone. Next, you then email your list of recipients to the company that provides the Voice Broadcasting service, and your message gets sent to the list of numbers you provided. The message is sent during a specified time of day, when your prospect is least likely to be home and your message is most likely to be picked up by voice mail.
Your prospects receive a personalized message from you, without you having to call anyone. They weren’t harassed by a sales call, you didn’t waste time with someone whose not interested and they can replay the message at their leisure to collect the pertinent info when it suits them. And if a live human answers, the system simply says Oops, sorry! and hangs up! No one wants to bother them, and this system prevents that completely!
So there you have it. Short, but powerful messages that you can send to literally thousands of people at one timewithout any work except for the 30-40 seconds it takes to record your message! There are endless ways you can use this amazing system to explode your profits. Business owners are using this system every day!

If you’re one of the people not using video in your marketing today, then you should be. Video is a powerful medium and one of the fastest growing forms of marketing. There has been massive growth in traffic to sites like YouTube. Video can even now be downloaded to mobile devices. Using careful choice of headlines and keywords, videos can be targeted to a particular market segment allowing the people who are most likely to buy from you to see your videos. Why is video so powerful? It’s simple to build rapport with your prospect. People are used to the power of television and love to watch videos. Nothing replaces face to face contact, the sound of your voice, or your expression. It’s not easy to get out and meet with everyone that we’d like to personally, especially when much of our business comes from the internet and not just our local community. Adding video to your marketing plan gives your prospects the opportunity to not only hear the excitement and passion in your voice and to build a relationship with you. Here are some different ways to use video in your marketing:
Use video on a home, landing or sales page.
Video email – your job in the email is to get your prospect/client to click on a link which gets them to a micro site with your video.
Video syndication sites such as YouTube. Create your own channel.
Walk-on videos. When someone comes to your site they see you walking onto the screen talking.
Videocasting/Podcasting on blogging sites.
Webcasting.
Training DVD’s.
Recorded seminars and presentations.
There are several options in creating your videos. It can be as simple as doing it yourself or you can hire a videographer. If you are going to do the video yourself, make sure that you look presentable and give off the image you would like your prospects to have of you. Ensure that your background is not distracting. Even the smallest thing can distract someone from the message you are trying to get across. Keep the video short, no more than 5 minutes (unless of course you’re creating training videos or doing a presentation) and packed with benefits for the potential user. Give your prospects an easy way to email and share the video with others. This will help to increase your traffic. Giving your prospects a still picture and a few bullet points to read while the video is loading is a good way to keep them engaged. Usually you would hire a videographer to shoot items such as training sessions, presentations, seminars, etc. When you hire a videographer you should ask the following questions:
Will they shoot the video in high definition? Do they have experience in both online and offline video? Ask about things like sound quality, lighting etc. Do they have experience in direct response marketing?
Your videographer should understand what you’re trying to accomplish with the video and should be effective at helping you get your message across. If you don’t feel comfortable being the person in the video there is plenty of talent you can hire to do a professional job for you. One last thought to leave you with to think about. As always in marketing it is important to track to see what is working best for your business. Video marketing is no exception. Tracking your video statistics is an essential part of your marketing. Generally there is the ability to track through accounts such as Tube Mogul. You can track stats for comments, ratings and cumulative views. You can track for specific days and even set a schedule to have the stats emailed to you at certain periods. Always explore your opportunities for visibility. There are several avenues and a variety of websites in the business of distributing videos to search engines. For more information and a free report and tips visit www.AudioVideoCoachAMS.com.

Question by Okie: What is the best way to find good prospects for an MLM?
I have an MLM that I’m working on building. It is a great low risk opportunity (low cost plus a money back guarantee) with a product that actually doesn’t require extra science or convincing (it’s not potions, pills, etc…rather, it’s best selling books).
However, the main hurdle I have is finding people who are open to the concept of MLM in general rather than the specific company I’m with. I find that either people are totally NOT interested in MLM or if they are interested, they’re already in their own and not interested in joining mine (which is understandable…because I’m not looking to switch to theirs either). So my question is how and where people find GOOD prospects that are actually ready to sign up for a new MLM (I’ve seen ‘networking’ sites that help you build networks of like minded folks, but it’s the same problem, we’re all their to tout our own company…not to join someone else’s…and the websites themselves are often selling their own separate agenda).
Thoughts?Best answer:

I with with what some people call mlm. We do much more than that, but people like to focus on the negative. The best way to do it is just by word of mouth. people have to know the business is real and that all comes from word of mouth. Good luck to you.Know better? Leave your own answer in the comments!

Building a profitable MLM business means controlling your expenses without sacrificing your advertising and marketing efforts. This is especially true when it comes to attracting new leads for your business. In this article we’ll take a look at how to get MLM prospects for your business without going broke doing it.
One thing you have going for you right now is the Internet is a proven way to attract new prospects to your MLM business. he key is to develop the Internet marketing skills it will take to make this happen without overspending on your advertising budget.
You should be able to combine free and nearly free advertising methods to create MLM prospects all day long. You can use these to personally enroll distributors into your business, or you can even set up a co-op program and reward your top distributors in your downline.
One way to spread the cost around is to bill your downline a monthly expense to be involved in your co-op program. For a flat rate they can be involved in the co-op and build their own business less expensively than if they want out to tried and do it themselves.
The MLM Company you represent may have some of the necessary tools it takes to get started. Here is a list of things you will need to develop a system for attracting new MLM prospects.
1. A lead capture page to promote that has an opt in form for your prospects contact information. This is also referred to as a splash page & is a great thing to promote as opposed to your MLM company provided website.
2. An autoresponder to follow up by email. This is where the names and email addresses will be stored. Your goal is to build a large list of thousands of potential prospects and let your autoresponder follow up with them.
3. A series of prewritten email messages designed to drip information about your mlm opportunity to your prospects. This becomes a sorting method where people can identify themselves as serious MLM prospects. These are the people you want to follow up or to provide to your downline to follow up with.
4. A method for promoting your landing page which should include editorial marketing, blogging, social media, discussion forums, social directories, and anywhere people are hanging out online that would need to make more money.
This is a few ideas on how to get MLM prospects without breaking the bank. Over time you can develop a system that brings in a steady flow of leads on a daily basis.

How To Get Paid To Find MLM Prospects
Filed under mlm prospectingMay 14Finding quality MLM prospects is the goal of every network marketer. However this can be time consuming unless you go about it the correct way. In this article I will give you two ways you can get paid to find MLM prospects and make more money in your business.
1. Start a lead company and prospect for other MLM distributors. Using the Internet to get MLM leads is a market that will never run out of customers.
You only need a handful of large MLM distributors paying you for leads to make a very good living doing this. This is something that many MLM distributors do not think of because they are busy prospecting for their own business.
The best way to do this is to develop a website and use search engine optimization techniques for keyword phrases. The words you want to rank highly for would be things such as MLM leads, best network marketing leads, MLM prospects, and so on. This may take some time to get going, but the payoff can be very attractive.
2. If you are an MLM distributor trying to build your business you need to change how you view prospecting. The first question to ask yourself is how much is your time worth on an hourly basis.
If you feel that you want to make $100,000 a year, and work 40 hours a week to do it, then your time is worth $50 an hour. The sooner you are earning $50 an hour the faster you will be earning a six figure income.
Understanding this concept will force you to let the Internet do most of the heavy lifting on your prospecting efforts. This simply means that you are using landing pages and follow-up systems to do the initial prospecting for you.
Once you have a qualified prospect you need to use sales skills to help close them and get them to join your business. The more people you personally are enrolling the faster your hourly rate will increase because your income will go up.
If you want you can even pay yourself an hourly rate to prospect for MLM distributors. Keep track of your time and you will know how effectively you are using it. The better you become at getting people into your business the more money you will start making.
These are a couple of tips on how to get paid to find MLM prospects. There is a skill to this, but using the Internet to either get leads for MLM distributors, or for you, is definitely the way to go about doing it.

If I’d spoken of MLM prospecting and finding MLM prospects being a ‘profit centre’ rather than a ‘cost centre’ in the old days, the men in white coats would have taken me away. In those days, prospecting was such hard work that many people wouldn’t have done it even if you had paid them.
In those days ‘Funded Proposal’ meant getting engaged to someone with a good job. You probably remember being told about time ‘leverage’. I do. Ceratinly, if our prospects subsequently bloomed into enthusiatic and successful downline members then, sure, we would achieve the ‘dream’ of time leverage. Shame it was so tough for any but the super-charismatic few to hang around long enough to reap the rewards.
The problem was back then that the process of prospecting was so completely ‘unleveraged’ that it usually sucked the lifeblood out of distributors before they even experienced the magic of duplication. And it wasn’t just the time it took to find decent MLM prospects. MLM prospecting was very tough emotionally. Not many of us like to face rejection from family and friends on a constant basis.
Even though there were huge success stories in my own organisation, to me it felt like very hard work for not much return. The real problem of course is back then we were always in the role of ‘salesperson’. The prospect had neither sought us nor our opportunity, so we were always in a slightly weakened position. The problem seemed overwhelming. How could you build a residual income though prospecting when the very act of finding serious prospects was draining your bank account?
Enter the ‘Funded Proposal’ method of prospecting and a wholly different way of attracting real prospects. In the old days, you remember, it was all about us chasing them and gleefully showing people how they could get rid of their J.O.B. and walk the beaches with us. I used to wonder why people ran the other way. Nowadays the biggest hitters are the ones who attract MLM prospects to them.
The most effective way to do that is to offer a free report or mini-series of genuine value, that people will happily give their e-mail addresses for in exchange. They are then followed up automatically by autorepsonder, and offered a quality e-book for a small fee that will give them practical help. Now your MLM prospecting has attracted a qualified lead whom you can send quality content and promotional offers to until the end of time.
The key thing is that this prospect will be a fruitful contact for you even if they never join your primary opportunity. You do of course offer it to them, but roughly 95% will not want that – at least not now. In the old days, a ‘no’ prospect didn’t enter any sort of MLM ‘marketing funnel’, more likely they entered a ‘derision funnel’ – an increasingly large group of people asking you if you’d made a million yet.
Learning to use the ‘Funded Proposal’ system will be pure prospecting ‘gold’ for you, and it’s a hundred times easier to master than sidling up to people in the grocery queue and handing out flyers.
A Funded Proposal system, properly crafted, will pay you more as you prospect more, the opposite from days gone by. MLM prospects will join you and your helpful content, and that relationship will be far more important than sponsoring a tyre-kicker into your primary opportunity only to give you the old ‘we’ve been thinking about it’ routine…………
And if you can make MLM prospecting a process that earns you some money, isn’t that a better model for sustained growth than having your MLM prospects drain your time, your money and your motivation? Get on the inside track for MLM prospecting.

Mlm Prospecting, 3 Top Secret Places To Find Targeted Mlm Prospects Today
Filed under mlm prospectingMay 10MLM prospecting has become increasingly complex these days. Every person you hear from has their own take on where to find the best prospects. However, there are three places where tons of prospective targeted leads congregate online. When you are prospecting simply go where the most targeted people are and get in front of them with an ad or website link. Lets take this discussion from the perspective of find a Network Marketing prospect for your business opportunity.
One of the best places to conduct your MLM prospecting is on something known as a search engine, like Google or Yahoo. People use search engines as a big research tool, always looking for solutions to their problems or information. They conduct their information search with something known as a keyword. The more specific and closely related that keyword is to what kind of offer you have the better for you
You can use something known as Pay-Per-Click Advertising in order to put your ad directly in front of those who are looking specifically what you have to offer.
For example, lets say that your company is called XYZ company, and you are located in the United States. Using Pay-Per-Click advertising, you can place an ad directly for the keywords for something like, “Best XYZ company team to join in the United States”, and you ad would appear only for that searcher.
That is a very specific search, but those people are much more likely to become an MLM lead if you most closely match what you have to offer.
Another great place to conduct your MLM prospecting is in Online Forums. An online forum is essentially a discussion board where people meet online to discuss various topics. The best place to find your Network Marketing prospects is on forums specific to the home business or multilevel marketing industry.
Why is this a great place for MLM prospecting? Because people who are involved in this kind of activity online have already shown an interest in the kind of business that you have. You are much more likely to find a targeted person who already be looking for a new business or solutions to their business problems, which you can offer them in exchange for working with you.
A final excellent place to conduct MLM prospecting is on social networking sites, especially big popular ones, like Facebook. How exactly do you find and get in front of the right prospects there? Do a simple search for any groups related to Network Marketing or multi-level marketing, and you will find a list of people already who have already joined a community either looking for information or have shown a pre-disposition for an interest in this type of business.
Now the task for you on a social networking sub-community like I described above is to gain their attention. You can do this very simply during your MLM prospecting by thinking of what they might be interested in, and post information pertaining to that.
Many of those kinds of people are looking for ways to generate targeted Network Marketing leads, or create cash for their business. Simply post some information on an easy way to help them out with that and you will instantly have their attention.
These are just three of the top ways to conduct your MLM prospecting today. There are literally hundreds of more ways to do this.

EXPLODING THE MYTH: THAT YOU CAN GET YOUR MLM PROSPECTS THROUGH YOUR WARM MARKET
Filed under mlm prospectingApr 16The subject for today is, exploding the warm market myth. The myth being, “You can get a huge list of mlm prospects, using just your warm market” (friends and family). Never fear, I’ll share the good news too. (Quicker and more efficient ways to get mlm prospects are out there.)
DOING THE MATH.
Say you had a mlm prospects list made up of a hundred friends and relatives, and 10% signed up under you. This is probably be figuring on the high side, but lets go with it. Now, consider the warm market of the10 friends and family members, and their mlm prospects. Since their list contains a lot of the same names as your list of mlm prospects, how many are going to sign up under them? Probably, very , very few. As this goes on, in just a couple of levels down they would all end up with the same worn out list. Now you can see, these mlm prospects are getting pretty well worked over or “saturated”. These last people just signing up, are having a extremely hard time finding anyone to fill out even a short list of different mlm prospects. The friends and family that aren’t already sick of hearing about it, are but few. So, now with no NEW mlm prospects, they are struggling! Out of leads, and maybe one or two in their down line, they start to get discouraged. What does someone do if they get discouraged? They typically get frustrated, slow down, and then drop out. Before long you are down to Zero!
MOSTLY SUBTRACTION NOW
Now, here’s where the term “the incredible shrinking down line” comes in. Let me explain. The last guy that just dropped out because of the worn out list of mlm prospects, just left those that were signed up under him, in a worse situation. For they have been abandoned with the same worn out list of mlm prospects to harass, and no one to help them. Generally these will also drop out. They were disheartened by their own and their mentor’s “failure”. Without leaving warm markets alone and getting real mlm prospects, the drop out rate keeps going up till there is nobody left but the very top.
EXCEPTIONS??
There are always exceptions to the rules. Once in a while a line can be successful, by using just mlm prospects from their warm market. If there is a big enough or different enough, warm market list of mlm prospects spread throughout the world, they MIGHT achieve some success for a time. Only with an exceptional product and a list of mlm prospects that are SO different, could an exception like this happen. Though, again, many so called exceptions actually subsidized their warm market with gimmicks like the “3ft. rule recruits”. Gimmicks and three foot rule recruits are NOT considered part of warm market mlm prospects. The error of gimmicks like the three foot rule is another subject, for another time. Even subsidizing your warm market by using these and other gimmicks, only prolongs the inevitable collapse, (the incredible shrinking down line).
NOW THE GOOD PART
My BEST advice is to leave your warm market alone, (keep them on friendly terms). Then research out a system that actually works. Building your list of mlm prospects from internet targeted leads will be a lot better than being a pest to your friends and family. Letting your mlm prospects come to you, screened, familiar with the basics, eager to join, and cash in hand. Then teach them, or show them where to learn the right systems to use. Through automation, a benefit of today’s technology, you and your down line, can have mlm prospects practically beating down your door, with pen in hand, ready to sign on the dotted line. To me, from past experience, this is so much nicer. Plus, now I have set myself up as the “go to” guy, that people come to and trust. But that’s getting into another subject. (Building trust in your mlm prospects, by being trustworthy yourself.)
WANT TO STOP THE NONSENCE ? TECHNOLOGY, RESEARCH, INFO.
By now I’m sure that you can see, that getting your mlm prospects through modern technology is better. To me this is faster, cheaper, longer lasting, and way more profitable, than just using your warm market, that at the most is temporary.
Till next time, boost your time with this information and use it to save yourself frustration and money!

To grow a network marketing business you need prospects. For most new distributors, the question is: How to get mlm prospects? The traditional methods have been to make a list of everyone you know. Set appointments and pitch your deal to all your friends and family.
The only thing wrong with this system and the other old school marketing techniques is: Joe may not be interested in a business. In fact, you may be irritating him by pitching him on one. Another technique that is taught is: Tell everyone within 3 feet of you about your new business. Frankly, I meet some people that I don’t want to tell about my business.
Today, when someone is looking for something, or has a problem, many of them go to the internet for solutions. Doesn’t it make sense to be positioned there with a solution? It does to me.
For instance in you’re part of a company that has a product helpful for psoriasis and other skin problems, make a web site up called my-psoriasis-solution dot com, or something like healthy-skin- solutions dot com These sites, would give them information about their skin condition, with articles, free advice, and a link to your solution(s). This will generate retail customers and perhaps an occasional distributor.
If you are looking for people to join your network marketing business, it’s best to give them information on what they’re searching for. What are they searching for? Perhaps, a good network marketing business. Perhaps, they’re already in a network marketing business. Now, they’re looking for information on how to improve their business, how to get free leads, recruiting secrets, training for success, and information, to improve their network marketing or mlm business.
Now you can make up a site like best-network-marketing-training dot com. If your site proves helpful to them they may subscribe to you ezine. In the future their company may go out of business or lose momentum. When they’re ready for a change, they have a friend in the industry. You.

Finding MLM prospects is an entirely different animal than it was a couple of years ago. The internet has overhauled the previous techniques we used.
Here are six âalmostâ obsolete techniques that donât work that well anymore, thanks to the internet:
(1) Cold calling â a few years ago, a phone call was a rare occurrence. People were not constantly bombarded by telemarketers and salespeople. Today, people hate making cold calls. The act of cold calling is uncomfortable for many people (including me). People today can look up information on demand through search engines and online encyclopedias. People can get the information they need, on their own timeline. The buyer is in control, and telemarketing is an intrusion. It is time intensive!
(2) Newspaper advertising â people donât look for information in the classifieds anymore. Leisure time is at a premium, and people donât spend it browsing through newspapers. In addition, there are too many ads out there to compete with.
(3) Referral marketing â it is common to ask a prospect to send you some referrals for your network marketing opportunity. But today, people are not as willing to give referrals anymore. People donât want to subject their friends and family to something that turns out to be a scam, and they donât want to be blamed!
(4) Lead calling â You can buy a list of leads from closed MLM businesses. But usually, those leads are hopelessly outdated, or they are not good quality. Itâs a waste of time and telephone expenses to use your resources on these worthless leads.
(5) Opportunity talks â In previous years, if you tell someone that you want to share a business opportunity with them, then they will be genuinely interested. However, today, they will probably just ask you, âIs this one of those multi-level scams?â People get pitched to all the time and they are always on the lookout for scams.
(6) Signup-training â Trying to push a hard sell or strong arm a customer into signing up as a representative will backfire most of the time. Youâre closing the sale based upon pressure, and not on allowing them to make a sound, informed decision. You are looking for a partner in your business, not a wishy-washy quick profit.
Summary: MLM prospecting is a lot different than it used to be. The internet has rendered old prospect methods obsolete. Make sure you donât use these methods.
